If you need to exchange or return your order, please follow the instructions below.
Return for money back:
Send items back within 7 days of receipt, along with an email for the reason of return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund.
The easiest way to process an exchange is to place a new order and ship back the items you no longer want.
Once you place your new order, send an email to to inform us that you are exchanging your order. We will then place your order at the top of the list and ship it ASAP.
Once we receive your return we will process a refund.

As a reminder, customized orders, personalized items, shipping fees, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Canceling your order:
If your order has not yet been shipped you may cancel your order within 48 hours after the order is placed. Please refer to our return policy if you order has been shipped or the 48 hours have passed.
