Return for money back:
Send items back within 7 days of receipt, along with an email explaining your dissatisfaction. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund
For exchanges, simply send the items back and provide us with a tracking number. If there is no price difference or the replacement items require a partial refund, we can ship out the replacement(s) as soon as you provide the tracking number.

As a reminder, customized orders, personalized items, shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Canceling your order:
If your order has not yet been shipped you may cancel your order within 48 hours after the order is placed. Please refer to our return policy if you order has been shipped or the 48 hours have passed.
