RETURNS
Return for money back:
Send items back within 7 days of receipt, along with an email for the reason for return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanges would be processed just like a return for money back but once you place your new order, you can send an email to info@mintedsugar.com to inform us that you are exchanging your order. We will then place your order at the top of the list and ship it ASAP.
If you need additional help with your exchange or return please send an email to info@mintedsugar.com with your request.
Shipping back your order:
You may simply reseal the packaging and send it back to:

As a reminder, customized orders, personalized items, shipping fees, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Canceling your order:
If your order has not yet been shipped you may cancel your order within 48 hours after the order is placed. Please refer to our return policy if you order has been shipped or the 48 hours have passed.
