We pack and ship all orders with care from our California studio.

Processing Time
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
• During busy seasons (new collection launches, holidays), processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping Rates & Times
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
• International shipping times vary (usually 2–4 weeks, depending on customs).

Tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Responsibility
• Once shipped, packages are in the care of the carrier. Minted Sugar is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
• If you experience an issue, we’ll help guide you in filing a claim with the carrier.
