Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minted Sugar order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, and in original packaging.

Digital Downloads
All digital items are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

• Log into your account at https://account.mintedsugar.com and request a return or Email us at info@mintedsugar.com with your order number.
• Once approved, ship your items back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.
• You can ship your return to Minted Sugar 5089 Solola Ave. San Diego, CA 92113

Exchanges
Need a different size or layout? Exchanges follow the same steps as returns. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order right away.
