I used our Weekly Deskpad-Undated-Classic as a meal planner to keep on my desk and loved it!!

Hi my name is Nancy.

I am the founder/creator of Minted Sugar. I work from home along with my husband and have 2 kids. I also work out 1-2 times per day everyday. With our busy schedules it is very hard eat the right foods at the right time. Since we work from home it's easy to push a meal till later or just skip it all together. For the longest time it was all about eating out, take out and fast food. The faster I could eat and get back to what I was doing, the better. But I got so tired of fast food and gained 20 pounds. My body craved home cooked meals. That's when I realized I needed a lifestyle change. One of the most important things to me now is food/eating right. I like to keep it simple and not complicate things. So I decided to use our Weekly Deskpad as a meal planner to keep on my desk since that's where I spend most of my time. Every night I look through it to make sure I know what I'm eating/cooking the next day.

This is what I did:

I just filled in every day with B:, L:, and D: for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and used the two bottom lines on every box to write in things like snacks, matcha, lemon water or tea.

I used the habit tracker section to keep track of habits that I want do daily like drinking water, eating at home, no junk food, collagen, lemon water, matcha and vitamins.

I used the goals section to write in my goal as to why I want to stick to this meal plan and habits. My goal is to eat clean-ish : ) Feel rejuvenated, energized and refreshed. To use food as fuel for my body.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope this helps as motivation and remember, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle!

Xoxo
